THE Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) have partnered to conduct a series of medical missions in Pateros and Valenzuela City.
Supervising Commissioner for NCR Reynaldo Galupo accepted medicine donations from Pagcor chairman Al Tengco in a simple ceremony at the Pagcor complex in Pasay City.
He thanked Pagcor for the speedy facilitation of the donation. PCUP chairperson and chief executive officer Elpidio Jordan Jr. shall grace the event and awarding of beneficiaries for the Department of Labor and Employment-PCUP Negokart Project.
The upcoming medical mission would serve as a mini-caravan to be participated in by different government agencies and private organizations, including a job fair, free medical and dental assistance, and circumcision for young boys.
