Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. presents the four police officers involved in the kidnapping of four Chinese nationals in Pasay City on Wednesday during a press briefing held at Camp Crame in Quezon City. According to Abalos, the foreign nationals were stopped by PNP officers on motorcycles on Taft Avenue. Two managed to escape and seek police help.
