First Gen board

First Gen Corp.’s stockholders re-elect the company’s board led by its chairman and chief executive Federico Lopez (center) for another one-year term during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting and election on May 31, 2024. Other board members are Edgar Chua, Alicia Rita Morales, president and chief operating officer Francis Giles Puno, Manuel Lopez Jr., Maria Presentacion Abello and Manolo Michael De Guzman. Also re-elected are Elvira Bautista, Cielito Habito and Richard Raymond Tantoco (not in photo). Chua, Morales and Habito are independent directors of the company.
