Dua Lipa returns to PH five years after last Manila concert

British-Albanian pop star Dua Lipa is holding a concert in the Philippines later this year, she announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 29.

“Wowowowww summer tour dates start in 1 week and I can’t wait!!!! So I thought why not add… MORE TOUR! Asia in November it’s been a long time coming and I can’t wait to be back!!!” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram carousel photos containing a schedule of her upcoming Asia tour.

The singer-songwriter is bringing her Radical Optimism Tour to the Philippines on Nov. 13 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

The Asian leg of Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour will commence in Singapore on Nov. 6, followed by Jakarta on Nov. 9. After Manila, the tour will continue in Tokyo, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok in November, wrapping up in Seoul in December.

This will be Dua Lipa’s return to Manila since her last performance at the Mall of Asia Arena in 2018. Known for her chart-topping hits such as “Don’t Start Now,” “New Rules,” and “Levitating,” Dua Lipa is expected to deliver a spectacular show.


Tickets will be available through two sales phases. The LNPH Presale begins on June 10 from 10:99 a.m. to 11;59 p.m. Fans can register for a free membership at www.livenation.ph to access this presale. The General Sale starts on June 11 from 12:00 p.m., with tickets available via smtickets.com or at any SM Tickets outlet.
