Miss Universe PH hopefuls dazzle at Sponsors’ Night

To say the Philippines is a land of beautiful women is an understatement, proven when the candidates of Miss Universe Philippines 2024 gathered during the BingoPlus sponsors’ night, held at the Maynila Ballroom of the Manila Hotel on Monday.

The sponsors’ night was highlighted by a fashion show with the candidates walking the runway in MAGS feminine designs and their Filipiniana best. The fashion show was accompanied by visiting Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios and Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee.

Members of the press were ecstatic watching this year’s batch of contestants, even as they tried to shortlist the hotly favored candidates. Those who stood out in the evening affair were doll-faced Ahtisa Manalo, returning queen Kris Tiffany Janson, captivating Stacey Gabriel, statuesque Cristi Lynn McGarry, international beauty queen Cyrille Payumo, Ilongga beauty Alexie Brooks, Chelsea Manalo from Bulacan, California TV personality Kayla Jean Carter, MUPH United Kingdom Christina dela Cruz Chalk, Palaweña stunner Raven Doctor, and Baguio’s pride Tarah Valencia.

One of these stunning beauties is destined to wear the most desired Miss Philippines crown at the May 22 coronation and become the country’s representative in this year’s Miss Universe pageant.

The sponsors’ night event was graced by MUPH national director Shamcey Supsup-Lee, MUPH president Jonas Antonio Gaffud, and MUPH communications director Voltaire Tayag.

Meanwhile, the tough Up Close & Personal Interview Challenge has named the Top 5 delegates determined by online fan vote. The winner will earn an automatic spot in the finals. They are Patricia Bianca Tapia, Alexie Brooks, Ahtisa Manalo, Cristi Lynn McGarry, and Stephanie Faye Gerona.
