Upgraded port

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. (left) and Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Jaime Bautista lead the inauguration of the upgraded and modernized Passenger Terminal Building of the Port of Batangas in Batangas City on April 26, 2024. Hailed as the largest and modern passenger terminal building in the country, the 1.5-hectare facility can now accommodate up to 8,000 passengers from its previous 2,500 passenger capacity.
