Busy day for Manila’s traffic enforcers

Operatives of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau have their hands—and the impounding area—full with tricycles and motorcycles apprehended for entering Rizal Ave. and Recto Ave. that were declared off-limits for two and three-wheeled electric vehicles. April 15, 2024 is the first day of the implementation of the new road restrictions which cover e-bikes and e-trikes, as well as tricycles, pedicabs, pushcarts, and the so-called kuliglig.
