Meet the three bachelors who stole hearts in ‘It’s Showtime’
In the debut episode of the noontime variety show It’s Showtime on GMA Network last Saturday, Miss Universe 2023 Michelle Dee appeared as the celebrity guest searcher for the segment, “Expecially For You.”
During the segment, the beauty queen was given a chance to choose between three bachelors: content creator Kevin Ty, lawyer Oliver Moeller, and sportscaster Martin Javier.
Accompanied by her mother, Melanie Marquez, Michelle participated in selecting a date from the three men.
After asking questions, Michelle ended up choosing bachelor number three, Oliver.
When asked why she chose Oliver over the other two bachelors, Michelle answered, “Because his answer showed confidence, which is so important. You can’t have an insecure partner, especially when you’re a celebrity.”
Following their successful guest appearance, the three bachelors made waves online, gaining attention from the audience. Their charisma and charm captured hearts left and right, and netizens became curious about their lives.
First on the list is Oliver Moeller, a Filipino-German lawyer based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The 32-year-old lawyer surely made his parents proud when he passed the bar exam in 2016 and got his master’s degree at the University of Queensland in 2019. Oliver isn’t just a lawyer; he’s also athletic and sporty. He has participated in a bodybuilding contest, a swimming competition, and even a basketball game.
The It’s Showtime hosts and netizens also noticed his uncanny resemblance to Filipino actor Piolo Pascual.
The next bachelor is Kevin Ty. He might be a familiar face to everyone as he frequently appears in TikTok content and works as a model for brands and commercials.
Kevin loves doing vlogs with his very supportive mom, Joji Versoza, who always has his back – from his daily vlogs to his blind date on national television. He affectionately calls his mom “Mommy Makulit” (fun-loving mom).
Last but not least is Martin Javier. Many people already know Martin; he’s one of GMA’s promising sportscasters. When the young host joined GMA in 2021, he began his journey in sports reporting with the NCAA. He then became an anchor in the 24 Oras sports segment, “Game Changer.”
Martin is often seen hosting gigs for brands, launches, or press conferences. And as a sporty man, people can also see him inside and outside the court—not as a sportscaster but as an athlete himself.
It’s Showtime airs on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturday on GMA-7.
