Members of the Manila Police District-Special Weapons and Tactics (MPD-SWAT) and the District Explosive and Canine Unit (DECU) conducted a simulation exercise with various local government rescue units at Plaza Miranda in front of the Quiapo Church on Monday night in preparation for the upcoming Black Nazarene procession which is on Good Friday.
