Echoing the promises of the great dream maker, President Marcos, Macapagal vowed to fulfill the prophecy of resolving the traffic conundrum once and for all.

The construction, from Clark to Valenzuela, is nearing completion, and soon the magical trains will whisk commuters from Metro Manila to Alabang and beyond.

But wait, dear readers, there’s more! Not content with just one mystical railway, Macapagal revealed plans for the Metro Manila Subway, a companion to the NSCR that will dive deep beneath the city streets, transporting commuters with the speed of a firebolt.
