Is ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ signing off the air?

Speculation is spreading online that the noontime variety show “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” might have ended its run after yesterday’s episode.

On Saturday, March 2, “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” trended as hosts Paolo Contis and Isko Moreno bid a seemingly emotional farewell on air, expressing their gratitude to viewers, Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) Inc., and supporters.

“Whatever you do and whatever problems you may face, do everything for love. That’s how we show our love for you, Kapuso. Every day, Paolo and I, along with the TP family and TAPE Inc., strive to bring Tahanang Pinakamasaya to every Filipino family,” said Isko.

Paolo further acknowledged TAPE Inc.’s longstanding history of providing entertainment.

“Thank you very much. Another Saturday that we will never forget. All of this is for you from the TAPE Inc. family, bringing help, joy, and unlimited surprises since 1979 through Eat Bulaga up to now in the Tahanang Pinakamasaya,” Paolo added.

Following the emotional message and a final bow from all the hosts, the show seemingly concluded its run. Social media accounts for “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” have been deactivated, and members of the show’s staff have reportedly posted farewell messages online.

Meanwhile, neither GMA Network nor TAPE Inc. has released an official statement regarding the matter.
