Usher electrified the audience at the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show, exceeding expectations with an unforgettable performance.
The 13-minute spectacle pulsed with energy, fueled by his greatest hits, and surprise guests.
The show kicked off with a sweet reunion, as Alicia Keys joined Usher performing the hit song, “If I Ain’t Got You” and their 2004 duet “My Boo”. A parade of special guests came after the nostalgic moment, celebrating a different era of the Grammy winner’s career.
Jermaine Dupri marked the 20th anniversary of “Confessions,” then H.E.R. gave an electrifying performance of “Bad Girl” and Will.i.am brought the house down with “OMG”.
Lil Jon and Ludacris also joined a roller-skating Usher for a rendition of “Yeah!” The iconic hip-hop anthem sent the stadium into a frenzy, leaving fans breathless.
Usher wasn’t just relying on guests, though. He tore through a high-energy setlist featuring “Caught Up”, “Love in this Club”, and “Confessions, Pt. II”, showcasing his soulful vocals and signature dance moves. He even added a touch of surprise by stripping off part of his costume, leaving the crowd cheering even louder.
This wasn’t Usher’s first time on the Super Bowl stage, as he previously took the stage at Super Bowl XLV in 2011 with the Black Eyed Peas.
