President Marcos, a Fire Rooster, is “very, very lucky” this Year of the Wood Dragon, feng shui master Joseph Chau said Monday, about two weeks before the Chinese New Year.
“Whatever he is planning to do will be very lucky for the Philippines,” the geomancer said in a reading aired from his Hong Kong office yesterday during a pre-lunar new year event at the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila.
Chau said those born in the Year of the Rooster have the Emperor and Empress lucky stars working in their favor this year.
“The Philippines can be one of the strongest countries in the region under President Marcos,” he said.
“Many doors will be opened for him – meaning, many countries would like to be friends with him and this means the President can get many investments from other countries,” Chau added.
He advised the President to keep the water fountains in Malacañang turned on at all times to enhance his luck.
Overall, Chau said the Year of the Wood Dragon will be favorable to those in the construction, real estate, information technology, telecommunication, and restaurant or food and beverage sectors.
Banking, tourism, hotels, trading, logistics, transportation, garment, and furniture industries, on the other hand, “will be a little weak and full of challenges.”
