Motorists are advised to avoid Rizal Park and all roads leading to the venue and take alternate routes.

Traffic will be rerouted at various areas, with vehicles heading northbound turning right to Quirino Avenue or United Nations Avenue, and trucks heading southbound turning left to Soriano Avenue, Muralla Street, Magallanes Drive, and P. Burgos Avenue.

For trucks heading northbound and southbound, they must turn right at Quirino Avenue to Nagtahan Street and Lacson Avenue.

MMDA chairman Don Artes ordered the deployment of 914 personnel, including traffic personnel from road emergency group, sidewalk clearing operations, towing and impounding, ambulances, tow trucks, mobile patrol units, motorcycle units, and flood mitigation equipment, to assist in traffic management and extend assistance to motorists and the general public.

Boulevards, avenues, and other roads in Manila, Pasay, and Parañaque will be designated as parking areas for buses and cars.

All alternate and truck routes are being cleared for any obstructions prior to the event.

The MMDA plans are in coordination with various stakeholders, including the Presidential Communications Office, Department of Interior and Local Government, Manila Police District, local government units, the National Parks Development Committee, and the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex.
