The arrest stemmed from information provided by Polish authorities through the PNP’s Intelligence Group, stating that Krynski is the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by the district court in Bielsko-Biala for fraud, swindling, and forgery.

Krynski’s names was reportedly also in the Interpol Diffusion list due to his crimes.

The Polish was found to be overstaying in the Philippines, apart from being tagged as an undesirable alien.

Meanwhile, members of the immigration protection and border enforcement section (I-PROBES) rescued two alleged human trafficking victims who were supposed to leave for Malaysia, but work in Singapore illegally.

Identified only as “Ria” and “Ina”, both in their early 20s, the two were intercepted at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1.

The two women presented themselves for primary inspection and claimed that they were officemates bound for Malaysia for a vacation.  However, the officers noted numerous inconsistencies in their statements which prompted them to refer the victims for secondary inspection.

During secondary inspection, they admitted that they were to go to Malaysia but their final destination is in Singapore, and that they were recruited to work as entertainers with a salary of P60,000.

Both were turned over to the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) for assistance in filing cases against their recruiters.
