Konstruk recently celebrated its first year of providing businesses in the construction industry with an accessible online platform to buy and sell products. The “E-Hardware ng Bayan” has made shopping for construction supplies easier for consumers, while providing a patform for merchants, manufacturers, and suppliers in the Home Improvement and Construction industry to expand their businesses online. Konstruk’s user base grew to more than 10,000 users in the first year, with a current engagement rate of more than 50% in the country. Konstruk plans to onboard provincial merchants that promote community selling – helping boost the local economy by empowering small businesses and promoting community engagement. It plans to onboard merchants in the future and become central office to manage micro Konstruk operations based on provinces. The company will collaborate with local government units (LGUs) in different provinces and launch their operations in key provinces outside Metro Manila, starting with provinces in Luzon, then Visayas and Mindanao.
