Newly-appointed Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchailan on Tuesday recently went to the DSWD’s Reception and Study Center in Bago Bantay, Quezon City for a routine visit. Gatchalian was recently appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to replace Erwin Tulfo.
