Five days before the deadline of voters’ registration, citizens are seen lining up inside a mall in Binondo, Manila, on Thursday. The Commission on Elections urged eligible voters to file their application for registration for this year’s Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) to be held on October 30, as this would not likely be extended.
