Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga (third from left) holds a multistakeholder forum, the second in a series in Iloilo City, as part of its effort to identify strategies and priority actions of the department. The forum served to enable inclusive dialog and share knowledge and experience on how different stakeholders can work together with the department and other national government agencies.
