Senator Cynthia Villar (center) was the Guest Honor and Speaker on the 142nd Anniversary of the historical site ‘Arkong Bato’ in Pagsanjan, Laguna on September 17.
Sen. Villar helped unveil the marker at the site called a historic national treasure after the arch was built in 1878 by the Spaniards.
The senator joined Pagsanjan Mayor Cesar V. Areza, Vice Mayor Dr. Terryl Gamit Talabong, and Laguna Vice Governor Karen Agapay in unveiling the marker.
