Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc.—the country’s exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages—won the 13th Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards conferred by the Employer Branding Institute & World HRD Congress.
PCPPI was recognized for its exemplary work in promoting health in the workplace, specifically for the two years of work done in caring for employees who helped the communities and answered the needs of consumers, thus sustaining the growth of the company.
PCPPI president and chief executive Frederick Ong virtually accepted the award. Ong said, “Our COVID-19 effort puts our people first, their best interest and safety in mind. CARE was the main formula. This is the same value that fueled our employees to get going and brave the challenges.”
The awarding ceremony was held on Aug. 17 at Pan Pacific in Marina Square, Singapore.
