Boutique developer C-5 Mansions Development Corporation recently topped off its Ridgewood Towers project near Bonifacio Global City.
The project’s 31-story edifice is now structurally complete. Finishing works have already started on the lower floors, and turnover to unit owners is expected within the first half of 2023.
Ridgewood Towers Premier offers 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with balcony, and 2-bedroom with balcony units.
The project is located right across the Korean and British embassies along the main C-5 Road. Senior executives from C-5 Mansions, architectural firm ASYA Design, construction manager Jose Aliling and C-5 Mansions’ hotel partner, Novel Residential Concepts Inc., were on hand to mark the occasion at the project’s roof deck.
The latter company will operate Ridgewood Premier Hotel on the 15th-19th floors of the mixed-use property.
