The Quezon City government teams up with financial technology company First Circle to launch a business-focused financial literacy program for the city’s more than 75,000 small and medium enterprises. The program promises free quarterly webinars to educate business owners on money management and business loans and other tools and resources to help SMEs in their economic recovery. Signing the memorandum of agreement in a virtual ceremony are First Circle chief executive Patrick Lynch and Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.
