Actor Arjo Atayde, a District 1 congressional bet has activated a free barangay antigen testing program in select areas in District 1.
Atayde said the testings are part of his quick response efforts to the surging cases of COVID-19 in the city.
The free barangay antigen testing will be conducted from Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on San Jose Street baske ball court; Barangay San Antonio; Barangay Bahay Toro basketball court on Jan. 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Mendoza Street basketball court in Barangay Paltok on Jan. 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The congressional bet said that testing is a key factor to flatten the curve.
“A lot of people in District 1 has no free access to antigen testing and it is very vital for each of them to know their status to stop the spread of the virus,” he said.
He added that this initiative is absolutely for free and everyone is eligible to have themselves and their entire families tested.
