Senator Risa Hontiveros shows the media her affidavit posting bail in the criminal case filed against her by former Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre at the Pasay City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46 on Tuesday. Aguirre sued the reelectionist lawmaker for allegedly violating Republic Act No. 4200 (Anti-Wire Tapping Act) during the Senate hearing on the Kian delos Santos slay case.
