Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corporation (ALLHC) recently expanded its Standard factory building facilities in Alviera industrial park in Porac, Pampanga.
This new phase will be occupied by a China-based engineered stone manufacturer, Badan Building Materials Corporation. The expansion will provide Badan an additional 12,000 sqm to its existing 19,000 sqm production facility.

ALLHC owns Laguna Technopark and Cavite Technopark in Luzon, and Laguindingan Technopark in Mindanao. They will soon launch Pampanga Technopark located in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. ALLHC also operates logistics facilities, Lepanto Industrial Complex in Calamba and Tutuban Logistics in Manila. Other developments of ALLHC include commercial properties, Tutuban Center and South Park.
