According to the Facebook Holiday Survey 2019, which surveyed 1,500 Filipinos nationwide, consumers 18 to 34 years old plan to allot an average of P15,350 for their Christmas shopping, up by P485 from last year.
The increase in holiday shopping spending is also a trend among other age brackets. Those aged 35 to 54 are willing to spend an average of P17,862, a P2,685 increase from 2018, while Filipinos 55 years old and above are willing to spend P21,811 for this year’s Christmas shopping, P5,548 higher from their budget last year.
These numbers considered, a residential property developer encourages Filipinos to give their families the gift of home in a place away from Metro Manila but is a little bit close to it.
Situated on a 2.1-hectare land parcel along Barangay San Isidro, Ortigas Avenue Ext. in Taytay, Rizal is four master-planned 12-story residential towers dubbed The Hive.
The Hive, developed by MySpace Properties, Inc., offers bigger living spaces at a lower cost per square meter than condominiums in the city. It’s composed of 856 residential units with areas ranging from approximately 30 to 50 square meters complete with high-grade finishes and fittings such as laminated wood flooring and granite kitchen countertops.
As a resort-themed residential property, 70 percent of its land space is allotted to green and opens spaces. Its wide central park is lined with trees and surrounded with lush pockets of greeneries.
Adults and children alike can enjoy some sun and water time in the lap and kiddie pools anytime of the day while moms and dads have their morning run along the tree-lined jogging path.
Speaking of jogging, the fitness center at the clubhouse is equipped with state-of-the art equipment.
Keeping convenience and accessibility in mind, The Hive is a short walk from a retail and entertainment hub as it is adjacent to the WalterMart commercial complex.
MySpace Properties, Inc., developed and envisioned The Hive as an opportunity for mid-income Filipinos to reside in a modern suburban community with urban conveniences and upgraded overall quality of life.
“Aside from The Hive’s strategic location and beyond-the-basic amenities and features that it offers, another reason to invest in The Hive is its increasing land value. The construction of the C6 road extension linking Taytay to Metro Manila will certainly create an opportunity for The Hive’s worth to appreciate,” noted Gigi Alcantara, vice president for sales and marketing of MySpace.
