Orange Chicken and more Panda Express bares Manila branch menu

All bestsellers of Panda Express will be served in its first Philippine branch at SM Megamall, according to Jollibee Foods Corporation, the food chain’s local partner. 

Yes, the American Chinese food establishment’s Orange Chicken, wok-tossed crispy chicken in sweet and tangy sauce; and Broccoli Beef made with tender beef and fresh broccoli in ginger soy sauce can be savored here at home.

Panda Express’ famous Orange Chicken, Beef Broccoli, and Kung Pao Chicken will be available at its first branch in Manila.

“Get ready for bold and savory flavors cooked fresh straight from the woks, with each dish thoughtfully prepared—from hand-cut vegetables to house-made sauces—making every dining experience even more satisfying,” JFC said in a statement. 

Other classic favorites to be served include the following:

Kung Pao Chicken, a Szechuan-inspired dish made with chicken, peanuts, and vegetables, finished with chili peppers.

String Bean Chicken that consists of chicken breast, string beans, and onions wok-tossed in mild ginger soy sauce. 

Asian Grilled Chicken, a dish made with grilled chicken thigh hand-sliced to order and served with teriyaki sauce. 

Mushroom Chicken, a delicate combination of chicken, mushrooms, and zucchini wok-tossed with light ginger soy sauce.

Beijing Beef made with crispy beef, bell peppers, and onions in sweet-tangy sauce. 

Plant-based eaters may choose Eggplant Tofu made with lightly browned tofu, eggplant, and red bell peppers tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce.

Panda Express, first opened in Glendale, California in 1983, currently has over 2,000 outlets around the world. It’s also present in Canada, Japan, Guatemala, Mexico, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, and Russia.
