Guerrero Dos: Tuloy ang Laban is a film that teaches the audience to never give up.
Written and directed by multi-awarded director Carlo Ortega Cuevas, the full-length feature is already a second installment. It stars child actor Julio Sabenorio who returns for his portrayal of Miguel, who brings smiles and joy to everyone he meets.
Veteran actor and director Art De Guzman, newcomer Mia Suarez, and Victor Neri complete the new characters in the sequel.
The film picks up after Miguel’s brother, Ramon, was tragically knocked out in a boxing match that put him in a coma.
Miguel realizes at an early age that the real fight, which is their life, must continue. Although he cannot leave his brother’s side at the hospital, waiting for him to wake up from his coma, he brings joy and hope to the people around him.
One day, Delia, a woman experiencing severe depression attempted to end her life, but she is rescued and rushed to the hospital by his life-long husband, Ruben. In the most unlikely ways and situations, their lives entangle as they face their own battles.
Guerrero Dos is the third film venture of EBC Films in the production of inspirational movies. EBC Films hopes that the film will make people laugh and cry. But most importantly, it wants to inspire “Filipinos here and around the world to face life with optimism no mater what they may go through and to fight for their faith.”
