But it’s more than a howl-loween celebration. Jerry Lakandula known as “The Pack Leader” is a dog behaviorist who discovered his affinity with dogs when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Jerry will be giving a talk on rehabilitating aggressive dogs and how to care for your pets.
