BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) recently tied up with the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards Inc. (PAREB) to promote each other’s activities. PAREB is the largest national association of licensed real estate brokers.“ Through this partnership, we hope to provide more Filipinos convenient access to financial services that makes home ownership a reality,” said Ma. Cristina “Ginbee” Go, president of BFSB. Under the memorandum of agreement (MOA), PAREB will promote BFSB’s services in exchange for BFSB’s sponsorship of PAREB’s activities for one year. BFSB is working on shortening the turnaround time (TAT) from client submission of loan application to notice of approval. PAREB will be giving BFSB access to its 5,000 members, allowing BFSB clients to benefit from the advice and expertise of these real estate brokers in selecting their desired home and in the proper documentation of real estate deals, dealing with government agencies, and seeking financing.
