Angeles, Pampanga — Sta. Lucia Land is currently banking on Pampanga province’s rise as a major business hub by building Beverly place residences and business estates.
Located at the center of Mexico, Pampanga’s manufacturing, commercial and business zone, the project is seen to boost the province’s attraction as an investment destination for both tourists and business, what with its special economic zone where various cottage industries and international corporations can find a safe haven.
Pampanga, along with the rest of Central Luzon, has been reaping from the government’s aggressive infrastructure program. Major highways and new roads, as well as world-class airports, are allowing for a more vibrant business landscape.
“We have long seen the value of having a strong presence in Central and northern Luzon as evident in the number of developments that we have in the region,” said Sta. Lucia Land Inc. president Exequiel Robles. “Sta. Lucia Land was one of the first national developers to bet big on the area and this is simply because we believe in the huge potential that it holds.”
“With the Build Build Build program of the government now in full swing, we are sure to see a highly connected urban region, where various businesses and industries thrive,” he added.
Strategic location
Beverly Place is near key facilities and infrastructures like the Subic Seaport and the next big metropolis called the New Clark City, where the national government administrative center and a new world-class sporting facility, will be located. It also serves as a perfect jump-off point to many of Northern Luzon’s vacation hotspots which can be accessed via the SCTEx and TPLEx.
“We hope that through our various developments, we will be able to better serve the needs of the Kapampangans who are in search of a truly valuable investment,” Robles said.
