The conduct of diagnostic medical and dental missions is a continuing program of SM Foundation since it was first launched in 2001. Through the missions, free medical care and services such as medical consultations, basic laboratory tests and dental check-ups have been provided to thousands of patients.
Complete medicine dosages are also dispensed and patients who require hospitalization or treatment in hospitals are referred.
To ensure the sustainability of the program, SM Foundation schedules follow through medical missions or in the case of referred patients, conducts follow up in hospitals where they are undergoing treatment.
