Philippine Ambassador to India Ramon ‘Dondon’ Bagatsing Jr. (right) presented his credentials to Indian President Ram Nath Kovind (left) during his courtesy visit on Saturday. Bagatsing vowed to be an effective channel of communication in building a harmonious relationship between the two countries in the areas of trade, tourism, culture and investment, and toward deeper friendship.
