The wellness industry is where women are rising up and introducing new ways to drive self-care and a healthier and more beautiful way of living.
One such woman who has the entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to trailblaze in this area is Katherine Alejar.
As the chief executive and chief innovator of i3 Inc. (short for “initiate, innovate, integrate”)—a full-service marketing communications agency that specializes in both conventional and unconventional media—Alejar is an emerging entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in sales and advertising.
A Liberal Arts graduate of De La Salle University, Alejar has always had an entrepreneurial frame of mind and loves the challenges that come with establishing and growing a business. She was recently awarded the exclusive rights to distribute Vital Dome Infratheraphy Machine from France by its founders, Alexandra Gavsevitch and Eric Fauchon.
“I believe in investing in one’s physical well-being, fitness and in leading a healthy lifestyle. So my recent acquisition of Vital Dome machine and my choice to be an entrepreneur promoting a breakthrough wellness machine is a perfect business fit,” Alejar said.
Alejar saw a great business opportunity during these times when the popularity of skin care clinics, spas, gyms, wellness centers and beauty-enhancing products and treatments is at its peak. So she decided to introduce the state-of-the-art Vital Dome machine, an advanced infra-therapy ecosystem machine that uses pure far infrared to regenerate the body from inside and out.
Its founders – Fauchon and Gavsevitch—both internationally known in the naturopathy and health and wellness industry—realize that skin body toxins are the real cause of health concerns so they looked into a more effective and natural detoxification process. With their invention of the Vital Dome, more people can enjoy the most advanced and most natural beauty and wellness maintenance machine that uses far infrared (a vital radiation of the sun), which is the ultimate, most natural and essential factor for body rejuvenating and healing.
“We have clinical studies which prove that 82 percent of those who experienced Vital Dome’s Infra-therapy system feel more relaxed while 77 percent achieved a slimmer silhouette. Almost 70 percent noticed how their skin got firmer and almost 80 percent proved they attained lighter legs, improved sleeping pattern and an enhanced overall well-being. I am very proud of that,” she said.
Aside from weight loss, the more essential results from the Vital Dome experience is an ultimate detoxification, oxygenation of tissues, reduction of edema and skin stimulation. Damaged tissues due to stress are regenerated; wrinkles are reduced. It also helps relieve dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.
The machine is highly recommended for athletes and sports enthusiasts because Vital Dome can improve their physical and mental abilities, plus it has better fatigue management, and promotes oxygenation of muscles for a faster and more effective recovery.
Alejar personally uses the Vital Dome regularly. “I get quality sleep every day, it has reduced stress level significantly, and my muscles are more relaxed,” she said.
“Anyone who moves, those who carry a lot of workload and responsibilities, those who want to look and feel good, and of course, those who want to boost their health and well-being could use some sessions in the Vital Dome. So, that’s practically everyone,” Alejar said.
That is why she is aggressively marketing the machine to beauty and skin care clinics, spas, gyms, hotels, hospitals and resorts. This year, her target is to bring 10 Vital Domes to the Philippines.
Alejar founded i3 Inc. in 2014 and has been marketing new-age technology products such as Gifmo, a digital platform for gift cards. Concurrently, she is a managing partner at Driven Manila, an events production agency.
Being the project lead for the company’s important clients, Alejar is responsible for identifying and managing key opportunities to maximize its clients’ presence in the local market.
She may be a rookie in the wellness industry but a veteran in sales, information technology and business marketing. She has worked in prestigious media companies like MTV Philippines, where she developed her selling and marketing skills.
Vital Dome Philippines is located at Unit 1122 Centuria Medical Makati, Kalayaan corner Salamanca Street in Makati City.
