Condominium builder DMCI Homes increased its land bank to 150 hectares as of end-March 2019 as it remains aggressive with residential expansion.
DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria said the 150 hectares of land bank this year were valued at P10 billion, up by 71 percent from 125 hectares worth P6 billion last year.
“We have to continue building our land bank as we continue to strengthen our presence in and outside Metro Manila such as Davao and Cebu,” Austria said.
“Every year, thousands of new households across different market segments are created all over the country, providing more opportunities for the industry,” he said.
DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch 10 projects worth P104 billion this year, including its initial venture in the Cebu property market.
It also has new projects in Davao City, Quezon City, Las Piñas City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, and Manila.
