Art and design lovers can start by visiting the Yuchengco Museum in the beating heart of the business district in Makati, one jeep ride away from the Gil Puyat LRT station. The museum houses some of the finest contemporary and historical artwork and design exhibitions that enthusiasts will definitely appreciate.

More museums await at the next station, Vito Cruz.

Drop by the Metropolitan Museum of Art Manila for more Filipino art, then head to the Museum of Contemporary Art and Design Manila in De La Salle-College of St. Benilde’s School of Design and Arts to take a look at the latest and cutting-edge in avant-garde and new media.
