Aiding hands were everywhere when an informal settler’s house in Quezon City’s Barangay Damayan Lagi was being gobbled up by flames, ironically during the Fire Prevention Month. But it was never clear how many might have been affected by the fire, how much was the damage, or what caused the fire.
