Emerson Villena (center) emerged as the biggest winner in the inaugural Subic Bay International Regatta Match Racing Championship in the ongoing Subic Bay Cup Regatta. Villena, an Asian Sailing Federation Keel Boat Cup champion, outclassed fellow Philippine sailing team member Ridgely Balladares.
