A new, heavenly dessert creation comes out of Andrew Café’s kitchen.
Freshly baked by resident pastry chef Erna Canatoy, the mouthwatering melt-in-your-mouth Ube Dream Cake will send a burst of flavors one layer at a time—from the dense texture of purple yam root base and the rich blend of halaya cream to the comforting ube panna cotta. Bits of macapuno with the delicate spread of cream cheese frosting and ube crumbs are spread on top.
The layers come as a delectable surprise as the cake is packed in a sophisticated tin can.
