Arkangel dominated 15 other teams as it ruled the Predator League: PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Philippine Finals, winning the P120,000 top purse and the bronze-colored Predator Shield at the Glorietta Activity Center on Sunday, January 27.
The team amassed a total of 104 kills in a thrilling 12-round matchup, catapulting them to the top of the team leaderboard.
Vortexfarm placed first runner-up and pocketed P40,000, while NCGC and Team No Future finished second and third runners-up, respectively, and received P20,000 each.
For winning the PUGB, Arkangel will compete at the Predator League Finals 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand on Feb. 15 to 17, with a total prize pool of P400,000.
The best 12 teams from other participating countries in the Asia Pacific region will also be vying for the life-changing prize pool.
