General Trias, Cavite—Mayor Antonio “Ony” Ferrer has launched the GenTri Fast Track Service tagged as “Business One-Stop Shop” payment scheme for business owners through the city’s Business Permit and Licensing Office.
Ferrer said on Wednesday the local government’s BOSS caters to the processing of all business permits, filing, and renewal needs, thus saving business owners the time and effort to do the procedures all in one place at the Audio Visual room, 3rd floor of the city hall building.
He said proprietors no longer have to hop from one place to another and spend long lines and hours waiting at the city hall.
“We placed all the city departments involved in the filing of permits to be housed in one location,” Ferrer said.
“You literally don’t have to leave the place. Instead of you going to the offices, the office comes to you,” the mayor added.
Ferrer said the higher revenues the city collects, the bigger the city budget that will be translated to better services for education, health, infrastructures, and social services.
According to BPLO Head Romel Olimpo, the transactions and the business permit renewal under the BOSS scheme will be open from 8 am to 5 pm for the renewal of business permits without penalties until Feb. 8.
