Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi leads the launch of the Philippine Conventional Energy Contracting Program on Nov. 22 at the Shangri-La at the Fort Hotel in Taguig City. Cusi said the “keen interest which many investors expressed in exploring oil and gas in the Philippines” augurs well for the country’s development and energy security.
