Provincial bus drivers undergo Monday a curveball, surprise drug testing at different bus terminals in Quezon City—in what is called OPLAN UNDASPOT—by drug and transport authorities to ensure safety and security of passengers during their trip to and from the provinces during All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
