Senator Cynthia Villar gives participants Saturday in the series of dialogues on how to secure biodiversity, protection and conservation of the environment during a tour of the Las Piñas-Parañaque Wetland Park. The participants are in the country on the invitation of the Asean Center for Biodiversity, which is hosting the Asia Multi-Actor Dialogue Seminars to Build Socio-ecological Resilience through the Incorporation of Eco-system-based Solutions in Nationally Determined Contributions.
