Mariveles, Bataan—Fiesta Communities Mariveles is catering to informal settlers in this town who wish to own decent houses.
“Originally about 150 informal settlers in Mariveles processed papers to own units in our project here, but only 70 settlers continued the purchase,” Gene Ryan Bautista, Fiesta Communities Regional Manager, said during their recent Mariveles project Open House event.
“We are engaged in socialized housing, our units are very affordable,” Bautista said.
Aside from Freeport Area of Bataan workers, informal settlers in this industrial town, particularly those residing in Sitios Acapulco and Baseco County, are the target market of Fiesta Communities.
The “Abot-Kayang Pabahay Program” (affordable housing) was introduced here to help informal settlers, in partnership with the provincial government of Bataan, Mariveles, and Fiesta Communities.
The housing units here range from P450,000 to P1.4 million. The lowest monthly amortization is P2,800 for a unit, Bautista said.
Fiesta Communities has been a leader and prime provider of quality, affordable homes to the low- to mid-class market of Northern and Central Luzon.
