The National Capital Region Police Office has crafted an anti-crime campaign titled ‘Campaign Plan: Clean Riders’ for a more vigorous, focused and effective strategy to prevent crimes. The launch Wednesday is led by PNP Chief Oscar David Albayalde and Chief Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, NCRPO director, at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.
