PTT execs meet the press

FROM business to politics and sports and to some petty topics, select members of the media bantered with key executives of PTT Philippines as they shared a light moment during the first “PTT Meets the Press” held recently at the Café Amazon Training Center in Quezon City.

The informal set-up for a media forum inside the coffee shop set the mood to allow a light exchange of questions and answers that brought the discussion to a myriad of topics ranging from the serious side of PTT business operations in the Philippines, to the Thai oil firm’s assessment on the business climate, and even to the “Operation Tuli”, one of its corporate social responsibility projects this summer. The PTT’s sponsorship of the Moto GP was also tackled.

Viboonterawud shared some insights on the Philippine business climate, while Senador disclosed the aggressive implementation of several CSR projects where PTT has business presence.

“PTT Meets the Press” is a quarterly media forum that serves as a venue for a healthy discussion between PTT and the media, and as a source of story ideas that could be good materials for publication or broadcast.

The next “PTT Meets the Press” is scheduled in July.
