THE Philippine Sportswriters Association resumes its weekly PSA Forum today (Tuesday) at the Tapa King Restaurant at the Araneta Center in Cubao with a session featuring the Manila 10s International Rugby Festival.
Rugby officials Clair Barberis and David Feeney will be on hand to discuss the event during the public sports program that took a month-long break to give way to the holding of the annual PSA Awards Night.
