Alveo Land Corp., the high-end residential brand of major property developer Ayala Land Inc., plans to launch P40 billion worth of projects this year, up 20 percent from P33.2 billion launched in 2016 as the prospects for property sector remain robust.
Alveo Land president Jennylle Tupaz said the project launches would boost reservation sales this year to over P45 billion.
“We are targeting more than P45 billion sales take-up this year and hopefully exceed the P45.6-billion reservation sales recorded in 2017,” Tupaz said.
The group will unveil 6,000 residential units this year, nearly double the 3,018 units launched in 2016.
Aside from launching new projects, Tupaz said Alveo Land would also expand its presence in new areas including Bulacan and Cagayan de Oro.
Tupaz said the demand for high-end residential projects remained strong not only from local buyers but foreigners as well, especially from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
